This year marks a particularly meaningful milestone for Matrix as we celebrate our Matrix 20th Anniversary.
Looking back over the past two decades, our journey has been nothing short of remarkable. From a small team of passionate individuals in our early days to a company serving clients across Hong Kong, Mainland China and international markets, every step of Matrix's growth has been made possible by the dedication, perseverance and commitment of our people.

That is why, when planning our 20th Anniversary staff celebration, my priority was never to organise the grandest event. Instead, I wanted to create an opportunity for everyone to step away from their daily responsibilities, come together in a relaxed and genuine setting, and simply enjoy quality time with one another.
To me, this year's Anniversary Fun Day was far more than a company event. It felt like a family gathering.
Watching colleagues enthusiastically participate in games, collaborate on challenges, and share laughter and applause throughout the day reminded me of what has always been Matrix's greatest strength: our people. They are the individuals who have chosen to grow alongside one another, support one another, and contribute to a shared vision.

As a leader, I often reflect on what truly defines a successful business.
In my view, a great organisation is not measured solely by financial performance or business growth. Equally important is the ability to foster an environment where people feel respected, valued and empowered to realise their potential. When a team shares common values, trusts one another and is willing to support each other through challenges, sustainable success naturally follows.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the day was witnessing the energy, enthusiasm and team spirit displayed by everyone. Whether long-serving colleagues or new team members, people put aside titles, departmental boundaries and daily pressures to fully immerse themselves in every activity. These genuine moments of connection perfectly reflected the culture that Matrix has always cherished.
Over the past 20 years, we have navigated changing markets, economic fluctuations and countless challenges together. We have also had the privilege of witnessing the growth and success of many client brands along the way. Yet when I look back today, what moves me most is not any particular business achievement. Rather, it is the number of talented individuals who have believed in Matrix and chosen to be part of this journey with us.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every current and former member of the Matrix family. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and trust. Thank you for bringing your professionalism, passion and individuality to the workplace, and for helping to build a culture that feels not only productive, but also genuinely caring and supportive.
My sincere thanks also go to our clients, business partners and friends who have supported us throughout the years. It is your trust and confidence that have enabled Matrix to continue growing and reach this important milestone.
