Gleneagles Hospital has recently introduced a staff care initiative aimed at fostering a warmer and more supportive workplace culture. The programme centres around three original IP characters and extends to animated videos, WhatsApp stickers, blind box figurines and a large scale installation within the hospital, creating a comprehensive and engaging staff care experience.
Each character represents a key aspect of the hospital’s commitment to its staff: EchoTree symbolises empathetic listening and the importance of hearing every staff member’s voice; Bravo conveys appreciation for colleagues’ efforts and contributions; Trusky reflects trust in the team’s professionalism and dedication.
To make this gesture more tangible, the hospital has distributed exclusive blind box figurines to staff members, offering a light hearted way to share encouragement and to continue uplifting the team in their daily work.
