At the Wonder Pop Exhibition in K11 Mall, Spanish contemporary artist Okokume introduced Cosmic Girl—a universe of guardian angels created to defend the world and inspire hope. Okokume envisions these cosmic girls as protectors who bring happiness and sustenance to people everywhere.
To bring this vision to life, Cosmic Girl was transformed into limited-edition plush dolls, designed to embody both cuteness and meaning.
In collaboration with Make-A-Wish Hong Kong, part of the proceeds from each plush doll sale will be donated to grant life-changing wishes for children aged 3 to 17 with critical illnesses. Each purchase contributes HK$50 to the charity, enriching lives with hope, strength, and joy.
Only 400 Cosmic Girl plush dolls were made available through the JPS Gallery website, making them a rare and collectible item. The campaign not only raised the popularity and image of Cosmic Girl but also created a heartfelt connection between art, community, and charity.
