Harbour City collaborates annually with internationally renowned artists to design unique umbrellas. In 2015, the brand invited French artist Floc’h to create a series of comic characters under the theme “Raining”, featured on umbrellas and raincoats.

Gift U participated as the umbrella supplier, ensuring the product met the high expectations of Harbour City’s target audience. Fine adjustments were made to the handle, frame, and printed graphics to achieve premium quality. In addition, our creative team developed elegant umbrella packaging to further attract shoppers.

The charity campaign required customers to redeem the umbrella with a same-day HK$2,000 purchase plus a HK$100 donation. Over 12,000 pieces were distributed within just three weeks. The campaign went viral, supported by celebrities, covered by leading women’s fashion magazines such as Elle, Cosmopolitan, and Harper’s Bazaar, and widely shared across social media platforms. This not only strengthened Harbour City’s brand image but also reinforced its commitment to art and design.
