Hong Kong’s First Game of Thrones Exhibition – Final Season
Winter is here! In anticipation of the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, Now E and HBO Go joined forces to present Hong Kong’s first-ever GoT-themed exhibition at Cityplaza. Running until April 23, the exhibition offered fans an unforgettable experience with spectacular showcases, including:
• A life-sized replica of the Iron Throne
• A six-metre-long, 3,000-pound ice dragon installation
• Eight interactive zones for immersive engagement
• An AR White Walker photo booth
• A photo-op wall featuring 13 of the most popular characters
Fans also enjoyed exclusive merchandise, from mugs with house sigils to character folders, sticks, cushions, and more. Guests could even redeem a personalized Game of Thrones leather coaster simply by sharing their exhibition experience on Instagram with the required hashtags.
The exhibition generated immense excitement, drawing large crowds and driving strong sales of premium Game of Thrones merchandise. The campaign not only delighted fans but also amplified brand exposure through extensive media coverage and social sharing.
